On July 24 2025, HMP Properties cut the ribbon on Spark by Hilton Williamsburg Historic Area, bringing Hilton’s first premium-economy concept to the Peninsula. The four-story property, fully renovated from a former inn, offers 118 modern guest rooms, complimentary breakfast, and a seasonal outdoor pool, all priced well below full-service brands.
